FEATURES: 44-foot sail training craft. This offshore cruiser/racer is one of the US Navy’s legendary “Navy 44” and was part of the U.S. Naval Academy sailing squadron training program. Hull is reported to be in good condition. Cabin has 5 racks, 4 cots, kitchen, bathroom, navigation station, digital plotter, VHF, radar, magnetic compass, mast and boom with rigging, genoas. Sails included with boat but need replacing due to age. (for more details please see “FEAR LESS SURVEY” in the “documents” section of this auction).

DISCREPANCIES (INCLUDE BUT MAY NOT BE LIMITED TO): Boat overall is in decent shape for a boat this age, but it will need grooming throughout. Sails need replacing due to age. Boat has not been in the water for 3 years.

REMOVAL: Boat can be removed by land transport or by water. Buyer will need to pay Pass Christian Yacht Works to load the boat onto the buyer’s provided land transport, or to put the boat into the water. The boat’s engine ran 3 years ago when the boat was removed from the water, but has not been run since, so current condition is unknown. Please plan removal accordingly.
