  • Lifting slings, rigging gear and shackles, if provided, may not be certified or serviceable and must be verified by the successful bidder prior to use.
  • Successful bidders will be provided with a Purchasers Receipt, a Bill of Sale and a request for certification of build form.
  • A quasi-title will be required from the original purchaser in the event the boat is resold.
