The hull and deck of is constructed from marine aluminum alloy 5086. The hull is plated with 5/32-inch-thick aluminum. The aluminum hull has two planing strakes, port and starboard, and an aluminum transom. Transverse bulkheads are aluminum. The air/foam hybrid collar cradle is welded to the aluminum hull.
