 - Partial navigation equipment removed.
 - Starboard main engine front seal leak (expected to worsen when operated).
 - Starboard gearbox rear seal leaking; port gearbox main seal leaking.
 - Starboard main engine coolant leak of unknown origin.
 - Starboard main engine shutoff switch inoperative (minor repair needed).
 - Voids, especially forepeak, need blasting and painting.
 - Deck hatches are corroded and leaking.
 - Anchor windlass requires replacement.
 - Hull, bottom, and deck need full blasting and repainting.
 - Ballast tanks require draining and inspection; suspected corrosion and leaks.
 - Fuel tanks require inspection; suspected leak between port storage and waste oil tanks.
 - Starboard rudder shaft packing is corroded or misaligned, leaks in rough weather.
