(1) 8’x80′ floating dock: wood frame, composite decking with plastic floats underneath it. Built in 2010. This floating dock has become waterlogged and sit lower in the water. Over time, docks deteriorate due to exposure to weather, water, and regular use, leading to structural weaknesses that pose risks to users. The dock is located on Sand Point lake by the Mukooda area and is still in the water floating. This lake does freezes in the winter. The buyer is responsible for the removal of the dock from where it is at. In the past people back trailers in the water and float the dock onto the trailer. The purchaser is responsible for dock loading and removal. The park will not assist in lifting them on the trailer.
