Seaworthy: Yes. Navigable: Yes, will require a tugboat to be moved. Towing vessel(s) must have a current Coast Guard towing endorsement and meet other applicable Coast Guard towing regulations. Vessel is moored at Thorne Bay City Harbor Bay. This vessel is not stored in a location that freezes, but the successful bidder will need to make every effort to have it removed by the end of November 2024. If the successful bidder is not able to remove this vessel by the end of November 2024, then the successful bidder will be expected to pay the moorage fees to the city of Thorne Bay. No reports of survey on the barge. No builders certificate or original title available. Has not been registered and not inspected by the coast guard.
