Seaworthy: Yes. Navigable: Yes, will require a tugboat to be moved. Towing vessel(s) must have a current Coast Guard towing endorsement and meet other applicable Coast Guard towing regulations. Vessel is moored at Thorne Bay City Harbor Bay. This vessel is not stored in a location that freezes, but the successful bidder will need to make every effort to have it removed by the end of November 2024. If the successful bidder is not able to remove this vessel by the end of November 2024, then the successful bidder will be expected to pay the moorage fees to the city of Thorne Bay. No reports of survey on the barge. No builders certificate or original title available. Has not been registered and not inspected by the coast guard. Name plates have been removed and possible holes or markings may be present.

(1) Vessel, Three (3) Docks, Floating, Constructed, Three (3) Generators. Vessel: House was designed and built on a refurbished 1946 Baxtor Barge in 1982, 1982 custom float house, 85 feet in length, 32 foot beam, 76 deep. Overall height of hull and barracks 298, draft is approx. 2 4, approx. weight is 175 Ltons. 3 compartment steel hull with a two story wood framed barracks on the deck.  

Bilge houses 2 fuel tanks 1200 gallons each, electrical generations system, water treatment system-two 1200 gallon tanks in main bilge and one 300 gallon tank in forward compartment. UV fresh water disinfector, Marine Sanitation Device, Wastewater treatment system two 500 gallon sewage tanks and one cylindrical aerobic treatment fiberglass tank model DF 50-FF.  

Xantrex SW Series Inverter/charger Model SW4048 manufactured 2004. Solar panels, OutBack charge controller FLEXmax 60. 2 heaters in living room, Monitor heater MPI 441, Toyostove Laser 73 vented heater. New Salcor UV bulb and housing 2023, both aeration pumps for septic new in 2023. Aluminum staircase and ladder.

 Six winches-four 20-ton Wintech manual winches Model BW10-one 5-ton boom winch Wintech model HM8-one 2-ton boom winch Wintech model HM8. Eight 20lbs hanging zincs.

Four anchors-two small 150lbs(anchoring the floats)-one medium 500lbs(on a float)-one large 1000lbs(on Barge). Two shore power cords-one 75 120V 30amp with plugs-one 100 220V 125amp with plugs, 12 like new Trojan 1275 batteries. Newer fire suppression system GA23M Novec Fireboy 1230, two (2) round container Survitec Zodiac Solas B Liferafts, 12 person, manufactured 2012, Serial No. 2FG18F212-D and 2FG21F212-D.  

Floor one has-Full kitchen-Laundry room-Office room-Mechanical room-Two pantrys-Large living room-Linen closet-One bathroom. Floor two has-Seven bedrooms-Two bathrooms. Last scheduled 5-year maintenance (dry-docked for Hull painting) 2018.

Generator 3: Northern Lights, Model Number: NL673L3-6K, Serial Number: 6733-43564C, Hours Approx.: 3419, 6 Kw

Single Phase 120/240V.  

Docks, Floating, Constructed (3): 1998, 20 X 24, Manufacturer: PK Builders, HDPE with timber decking.

Repairs required including but not limited to: There is a nonfunctional Fresh Water Reverse Osmosis system. Second story wood deck needs replacement soon. Some areas of spot rust occurring on interior of the hull, bent handrail post aft. Buyer is responsible for loading and removal. Inspect prior to bidding. Sold with no warranty/guarantee.
