If a party other than the winning bidder is picking up the items, the bidder must send confirmation email to the designated individual or company prior to the arrival to the distribution site. Inspection and pickup are Monday – Friday by confirmed appointment only, Closed federal holidays. Bidder is responsible for packing, crating, banding, shipping, loading and removal.
