This lot consist of 4- different types of mountain bikes. The bikes will need tires. The condition is listed as repairable. The condition is not warranted. Repairs may be required. Deficiencies when known, have been indicated in the item description. The absence of any known deficiencies does not mean that none exists. Potential bidders are urged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid. Requests for extensions on removal can only be granted by (shannell.long@gsa.gov) in writing. The custodian does not have the authority to grant such requests. Successful bidders should contact the custodian prior to removal for specific building and loading policies. Bidders must comply with all building rules and policies during the removal process.
