The canvas needs replacing, minor sun cracking, and ghost lettering on the hull. The alternator and starter have been changed recently. The boat has power trim tabs. Two 2013 Mercury 150HP 4 Stroke Engines. Model 1150F24HD, serial # 1B992874 and model #1150F23HD, serial# 1B990401. Engines runs but electrical momentary switch to start. Trailer is produced by AmeraTrail Corp, model 2200ZT. 2006 Yahama 250 HP outboard motor, model F250TXR. This is a boat/motor/trailer package. The hull is in usable condition. It needs some fiberglass work on hull, electrical system needs to be replaced, no batteries and flood damage. Motor does not run. Possibly major repairs needed, flood damage, unknown hours. [ https://www.gsaauctions.gov/auctions/preview/300491 ] One 2002 Clark Houseboat that has been used as a work vessel for years in the Everglades. Hull Id Number WDZ19600L203. It is 30 feet. Salvage condition. A salvage SF-97 title will be issued. It is originally a two-pontoon construction, but it was modified to have four pontoons for stability. It was then repowered with two Mercury SeaPro 115hp motors. These are reading 166hrs. The two extra pontoons have their own trailer and must be trailered separately, then lifted and attached to the sides of the main houseboat. Two of the pontoons leak and have taken on water in the past. The hull is pitted from the copper paint and electrolysis. The interior shower, toilet, and sink are not currently functional and the freshwater pressure system is broken. The water tank opening is frozen, the carpet and interior cushions are worn, and the legs for the table are rusted away. The spotlight is broken, some windows are broken, and the stern rail is cracked. There is a dual fuel gasoline/propane generator to power the boat and the AC unit, which was last run in 2019 and is very rusty. The two batteries are from 2022 and were installed before the vessels last mission in 2023. Viewing of property is strongly recommended. Parts may be missing and repairs are required.
