This lot consists of one 18′ aluminum welded skiff, its trailer, one 80 horsepower outboard, and one 9.9 horsepower outboard. Before placing a bid, please keep in mind that you are responsible for either picking up this equipment in person or arranging for a third party to pick up, pack, and ship it to you; agency staff will not pack or ship items for you. ***This boat is located in Juneau, Alaska. Juneau is a small, isolated community, thus shipping costs may be higher than in the contiguous United States. Please note that used outboards may be considered dangerous goods due the gasoline and motor oil they may contain and as such may require certain conditions to be met in order to ship.

This vessel is in poor condition and is no longer needed for program operations. It is possible that repairs the selling agency is unaware of may be required and parts may be missing. ***SOLD AS IS**** Inspection highly recommended.

This boat was custom built and was given an unconventional Hull Identification Number/HIN. There has been significant modification without engineering support/advice. There is evidence of previous poorly executed interior hull repairs (goose egg weld). Vessel was constructed with foam flotation inside of hull, but has openings that allow bilge and deck water to enter foam areas. Extent of water saturation is unknown. Small areas accessible revealed foam was waterlogged. Aggressive corrosion noted on hull aft section – cause unknown. Underwater body is not painted causing high cathodic loads to installed hull anodes. The drain holes lower beneath the surface of the water if the boat is carrying a load, which has caused it to sink on a number of occasions.

F80TLRZ is a 80 horsepower Yamaha 4-Stroke gasoline outboard that was manufactured in 2000. It has not been operated or maintained recently. It is unknown if this was the outboard in use on the occasions when the boat sank, but it is possible. Functionality is unknown.
F9.9LMHA is a 9.9 horsepower Yamaha 4-stroke 2 gasoline outboard that was manufactured in 2012. It has not been operated or maintained recently. It is unknown if this was the kicker in use on the occassions when the boat sank, but it is possible. Functionality is unknown.
EZ Loader Boat Trailers, Inc. Model Number = 4-EZWB 14-18 2100. VIN = 1ZEAAKKBX4A016800 Manufactured in 2004. The tail lights are broken. The front wheel has sunk into the asphault. It has not been operated or maintained recently. Functionality is unknown.
