DISCREPANCIES (INCLUDE BUT MAY NOT BE LIMITED TO): Main engines last operated in September 2025. Main engine exhaust leaks. Electronics missing/inoperable. Some systems may not be operable. Hull plating is thin in some places. Vessel is not inspected by USCG and does not carry any current certification.

CONDITION: This vessel is being sold as-is, where-is. It is recommended that prospective buyers inspect the hull and make their own determination of the vessels suitability for usage or tow. The buyer is responsible for all arrangements, labor, and expenses associated with removal.

**** Hull, mechanical and electrical and systems should be tested/repaired prior to vessel operation. Electrical systems were not energized and mechanical systems were not rotated during the inspection used to prepare the boat or equipment offered for sale. Repairs may be required to make operational.

****Lifting slings, mooring lines, rigging gear and shackles, if provided, may not be certified or serviceable. It is the responsibility of the successful bidder to ensure that any hoisting and rigging gear purchased with a boat is certified and serviceable prior to using it to hoist the boat. Please plan removal accordingly.

****Successful bidders are cautioned that they will be solely responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the exact place where the property is located. Lifting, dry-docking, or otherwise hauling the vessel at its current location is not possible. The vessel must leave the facility by water (tow or under power).

****The successful bidder is responsible for the proper disposal of oily water that may have accumulated in the boat. No work other than the disposal of oily water may be accomplished prior to removal without the express written consent of the contracting officer of record.

****Successful bidders will be provided with a Purchasers Receipt. Note that a quasi-title will be required from the original purchaser in the event the boat is resold.

****The use, disposition, export and re-export of any property is subject to all applicable U.S. laws and regulations, including the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended; the Arms Export Control Act (22 USC 2752 et seq.); the Export Administration Act of 1979 (50 U.S.C. 2401); DOE Regulations (10 C.F.R. Part 110; International Traffic In Arms Regulations (22 CFR 120 et seq.); Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. 701 et seq.); Foreign Assets Control Regulations (31 CFR 500 et seq.); and The Espionage Act (37 USC 791 et seq.) which among other things, prohibit: (a) the making of false statement and concealment of any material information regarding the use or disposition, export or re-export of the property; and (b) any use or disposition, export or re-export of theproperty which is not authorized in accordance with the provisions of the agreement.*****
